Switching HD live event yang handal, mendukung hingga 40 input 3G/HD-SDI individual yang terpasang pada 2 RU chassis, tersedia pada Blackmagic Design ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD Live Production Switcher. Mendukung sinyal 3G-SDI dan HD-SDI, switcher terhubung ke berbagai kamera dan sumber, memberikan output program melalui 24 output 3G-SDI BNC atau output webcam melalui USB Type-C. Selain itu, switcher memiliki 4 output multiview dengan hingga 16 jendela yang dapat dirutekan yang dapat menampilkan input, keyed video, grafik, dan gambar statis dari kumpulan media, serta output program. Setiap input terhubung ke mixer audio Fairlight bawaan yang mendukung hingga 156 saluran audio.
