The 3G-AM 3G-SDI 8-Channel AES Embedder/Disembedder from AJA is an AES audio Embedder/Disembedder with 8-channels and support for 3G-SDI Input and Output, up to 1080p 60. This product can be used with a breakout cable, as such providing 8 channels of AES audio via XLR either in or out, depending on the unit’s configuration. Making some configuration in this device can be performed easily by taking audio from the incoming SDI feed and channel it to the AES outputs or route audio coming into the AES inputs to increase the outgoing SDI signal. The output SDI signal can be re-clocked to secure the signal strength via the long cable.

It is easy to setup the 3G-AM where users can easily utilize the free software solution from AJA, that is the Mini-Config. With the included USB 2.0, that software can be accessed, as such users can set-up any specific workflows.
