Sony PXW-X70 Professional XDCAM Compact Camcorder

The PXW-X70 from Sony is a professional camcorder, that has 1” type of sensor, which larger compared to the super 16-sized sensor and has more than 8 times the size of the 1/3" sensor. The larger Exmor R sensor size gives users a cinematic display and there is also the backside illuminated design, to provide better performance in low light. This product comes with the integrated 12x optical zoom lens with the manual lens ring for focus/zoom control, and the 3 level switchable ND filter. The top handle has two 3-pin XLR inputs that useful for recording audio from XLR microphones.

With the XAVC Long-GOP codec as well as 4:2:2 and 10-bit color sampling at 50 Mb/second, this PXW-X70 can gives HD video and footage with a high data rate that is suitable for broadcasting. The Sony Slow and Quick Motion is provided in this camera for users. For storage, there are the 2 SD card slots, giving concurrent and relay recording, with both 3G-SDI and HDMI output. Users can control this product via WiFi using tablets or smartphones along with the optional Content Browser Mobile Application.
